I understand that Level Up Repairs and it's technicians, are only fixing the parts requested and the device may not be in working order if there is more to repair. We work on a step by step basis.
ALSO, I understand that I may be without my device for a period of time until the part requested is replaced or the device be in working order.

I understand that Level Up Repairs recommends having a spare device during the time of shipping and repair. It is a good idea to have your info backed up if possible as in rare occasion data could be lost.

If you are shipping your item, the responsibility is in the hands on the postal service. If anything happens during the shipping process, Level Up Repairs is not eligible to cover replacements.

Step One - Purchase your repair order.
(You pay for parts, labor, and after repair shipping on this site.)

Step Two - Print off your receipt that was sent to your email. This is needed so I can identify your device from the other customer's orders.

Step Three - Carefully put your device in a well fitted box (post office has flat rate boxes) or provide your own with bubble wrap or something soft. Don't forget to insert your receipt in the box with your device.

Step Four - Seal your package very well so moisture is not likely to get in the package.

Step Five - Find your local post office and (purchase) shipping that is cheapest or fastest way to our shop at . . . .
