* You have the option of a new number or switching an active number from another company. (active number must have been active for a minimum of 90 days to be eligible.) Your current carrier also is a deciding factor that also decides if your number or even current phone is eligible for the new company you plan on joining. 

 

*payments are due upfront and your sim card(s) / phones ordered will be shipped within 48 hours and arrive typically within 2-5 business days. if you have an esim compatible phone, you can get it active immediately during hour business hours. if sim is physical, you can call during our business hours can we can activate your number on the sim to use your service. 

 

* Level Up Repairs is an authorized dealer of these carriers, with only the responsibility to activate numbers, upgrade our own phone offers, and assist with bill pays. (some carriers require a small bill assistance fee. and others do not.)

* Level Up Repairs is happy to help with questions on pricing for multiline. we offer huge discounts on activation fees when you add more lines. All service plans, sim cards, and activation fees are non refundable. Phones have a one year warranty with their respected departments that we purchased from. still the phone is non refundable but can be replaced if they see it is eligible for defect replacement.
